Refund and Cancellation Policy

At WEB3TASK, we strive to deliver high-quality digital solutions, whether through our custom agency services or our software products. This policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled.

1. Agency & Custom Development Services

(Web Design, App Development, Automation, Custom Software)

Due to the nature of custom development and the time invested by our team, the following rules apply:

  • Deposits & Advance Payments: Any upfront deposits or mobilization fees paid to secure our team's time are non-refundable.
  • Milestone Payments: Once a project milestone is completed and approved by the Client, payments made for that milestone are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation by Client: If you wish to cancel a project midway, you must provide written notice (via email). You will be billed for all work completed up to the date of cancellation.

Example: If 50% of the work is done but only 25% was paid, you are liable to pay the remaining 25% for the work executed.

  • Cancellation by Us: If WEB3TASK cancels a project due to our own inability to deliver, a full refund of the specific uncompleted milestone will be issued.

2. SaaS & Software Subscriptions

(Qyuro, VoiceToNotes, Traverse VPN, TalesFM)

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
  • Effect: Cancellation stops future billing. You will retain access to the premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No Pro-Rata Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time on active subscriptions.

Mobile App Subscriptions (Apple/Google):

  • If you subscribed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you must cancel directly through your phone's subscription settings.
  • Refunds for Apps: WEB3TASK cannot process refunds for purchases made through the App Store or Play Store. You must request refunds directly from Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies.

3. Digital Marketing & SEO Services

  • Service Fees: Monthly retainers for SEO, Social Media, or PPC management are paid in advance and are non-refundable once the month has started.
  • Third-Party Ad Spend: Payments made towards advertising budgets (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) are paid directly to the ad platforms. WEB3TASK cannot refund ad spend once it has been deployed.
  • Performance: SEO and Advertising involve market variables outside our control. We do not offer refunds based on rankings, traffic results, or ROI fluctuations.

4. Technical Issues & Non-Delivery

In the rare event that a software product or service is non-functional due to a technical error on our end:

  • You must report the issue to support@web3task.com within 7 days.
  • If we are unable to resolve the critical error within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be issued at our discretion for the specific affected period.

5. How to Request a Cancellation
